Dr. Shivani Jerath, MD

Dr. Jerath is a board-certified primary care physician in Atlanta dedicated to delivering unhurried, relationship-centered medical care. With more than thirteen years of clinical experience, she is recognized as one of Atlanta’s Top Doctors and is known for her focus on longevity, weight loss, and personalized patient partnerships.

Before becoming the Medical Director at Elevated Medical, she practiced across multiple settings, gaining a deep understanding of both traditional clinical environments and the evolving needs of modern patients. A pivotal part of her journey took place in New York City, where she served on the frontlines during the height of the COVID-19 crisis — reinforcing her belief that medicine must be unhurried, personal, and grounded in meaningful partnership.
